For the users, by the users
DNWG was a heavy user of SAP MAM which would soon not be supported anymore. This was to be the reason for defining the project called MOTO. Also, there was a requirement to optimise and digitise the flow of events in case of malfunctions. For processing the malfunctions many manual and even double activities were required. This made the process slow and prone to error.
Before each project, we make a clear profile of your organization so that our service can fit seamlessly
About DNWG
Delta Netwerkgroep, also known as DNWG, offers services in the area of technical infrastructure (electricity, gas, water and data) and measuring technology. The services include: consultancy, design, construction or installation, but also management and maintenance or the safeguarding of an installation or network. From the business view there was a need to replace an old solution, optimise the process, introduce the ability to work offline, digitise the process and to integrate GIS in a new mobile solution. All this to optimise the process and the data both in quality and numbers.
The key to the success of our projects is a clear question. What does your organization have problems with? What is the goal that you have in mind?
Scrum
In the MOTO project the Agile/Scrum method was used. Every two weeks there was a sprint review with the business. In these sessions the users would offer feedback. There was regular contact with the users on the delivered functionality. Any issues that arose were returned to the scrum board and were dealt with in the next sprint. For example, after the development of the technical requirements the DNWG Software architect had the opportunity to review these and comment on them, in order to maintain the guidelines of DNWG and its architecture and security of the app.
At Oliver IT we solve your problems, completely according to your wishes!
